Sourced from single-estate farms in the Cerrado Mineiro region, these beans are slow-roasted to bring out their natural sweetness without a trace of bitterness. Chiapas Mexico is a dark roast with real depth — grown at high altitude in one of Mexico's most celebrated coffee-producing states, then roasted to bring out its earthy intensity without sacrificing complexity. Built for black coffee drinkers and espresso lovers who mean business.
